Practicing Presence: A Mini-Retreat

You have take an important step in carving out some much-needed time to get back to the basics, recenter, and let go of all of the outside noise that distracts from your ability to be fully present. In this three-day mini-retreat, I will walk you through three days of education, reflection, and strategies to help you increase your ability to be present.

I recommend carving about about 1-2 hours per day to complete the lesson for each day.
